An indispensable item from our DVB product range is our DVB-S/S2 Advanced Monitoring Probe. Equipped with a powerful, high-end DSP-based digital tuner, it provides reliable monitoring with detailed DVB-S/S2 component information and PID alarms. This tool guarantees advanced decoding and monitoring of the MPEG transport stream and supports TR 101 290 monitoring, priority 1, 2 and 3. With its intuitive navigational menu and the built-in WEB and FTP server, the DB2004-S/S2 is extremely user-friendly and easy to install and set up. This product also offers a selectable wide range IF filter bandwidth, an advanced QAM Analyzer and a spectrum analyzer allowing checks of the RF carrier. It also lets users choose between a predefined DVB channels scan or manual tune. DB2004-S/S2 offers PLP extraction and TS PLP analysis, and can monitor sequentially multiple channel frequencies or PLPs. Additionally, this product provides adjustable MIN/MAX alarms for RF, SNR, BER and MER. Alarm dispatch can be achieved via email, SNMP ver. 2C or GPO.
Among its great features are also the RF Spectrum and Constellation display, the professional ASI input and output and the antenna port with a scalable built-in RF attenuator. The DB2004-S/S2 has a wide-angle, easy to read OLED display for easy local navigation and effortless control of the unit. Protected access to the device settings is guaranteed, while the product also allows for firmware updates for improved operation. The LAN port ensures full TCP/IP remote control and monitoring. Both Apple and Android devices are supported.
With this product as well, customers can also choose between Advanced, Basic and Compact versions for the ultimate DVB-S/S2 monitoring performance.
